Our team operates Monday–Friday, with time-zone alignment based on the client’s location.

3.2 Do you support U.S. and European time zones?

Yes. We offer full alignment to EST, CST, PST, GMT, and CET, depending on the engagement.

3.3 Can Cath Code work 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST?

Yes. For EST-aligned clients, our operational hours adjust to:

  • 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. WAT (DST)

  • 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. WAT (non-DST)

    Dedicated shifts are assigned based on the client’s needs.

4. Pricing & Billing

4.1 How do you structure your pricing?

We offer retainer packages, dedicated support models, and full-time managed service plans. Pricing is based on scope, complexity, and time-zone alignment.

4.2 What is the cost for full-time dedicated support?

Full-time, EST-aligned executive support is billed at USD 2,700 per month, inclusive of management, training, confidentiality, and continuity services.

4.3 How do billing and payments work?

  • Billed monthly in advance

  • Invoiced in USD or NGN equivalent

  • Payments via bank transfer, Paypal, or approved payment methods

4.4 Is there a minimum commitment period?

Yes. A three-month minimum engagement is required for dedicated support roles.

5. Onboarding & Communication

5.1 How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding typically takes 24–48 hours after contract signing and receipt of initial payment.

8.1 What governs the agreement?

Contracts are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the client is located, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts with proper jurisdiction in that location.

8.2 Do you offer month-to-month plans?

Yes, after the initial three-month minimum term.

8.3 How does termination work?

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice after the minimum engagement.
